Symposium Registration

All participants attending the symposium, except invited speakers, must complete registration before payment.

NOTE: If you don't receive an automatic confirmation E-mail from in a few hours after you finish your registration, please contact . If you should misspell your mail address, you will never receive any response.

Registration will be closed at 17:00 p.m. on September 14, 2010 JST (Japan Standard Time).

Symposium Registration Fees

All participants attending the symposium, except invited speakers, must pay the symposium registration fee after registration.

The Symposium registration fees are as follows:

Registration fee for students is half of the full fee (8,000 yen or 10,000 yen) excluding banquet.

An accepted paper will be published in the symposium proceedings if and only if the registration form and the full payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by August 27, 2010.

The full symposium registration fee covers the entrance to all the sessions, one copy of the symposium proceedings, coffee breaks, two lunch buffets and the conference banquet on September 29, 2010.

The optional education tour fee covers lunch, transportation and admission fee.

Confirmation of Symposium registration
Registrants will receive an email confirmation upon successful registration. The symposium secretariat will contact a registrant in case of registration problems.

Deadline of payment arrival is 17:00 p.m. on September 21, 2010 JST (Japan Standard Time).
When you post your cheque, be sure it arrives no later than the dealine.

Bank transfer from overseas requires an expensive handling charge of 2,500 yen for accept by Japanese bank. We would like overseas participants to pay by cheque or credit card.

• All delegates are deemed to have read and consented to these terms and conditions.
• Payment of the registration fee is required upon registration. A place at the symposium cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
• No requests for refunds shall be entertained after payment has been made. However substitutions are permitted. Substitutions may be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat at isate@kagoshima-ct.ac.jp
• The organiser shall not be liable for the travel and accommodation arrangements of delegates.
• No full or partial refund of the registration fee will be made in the event of changes, if any, to the program.
• The organiser reserves the right to effect changes in the symposium program including, but not limited to, cancellation of presentations or replacing scheduled speakers due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice to the delegates.
• All delegates and their guests attend the symposium premises at their own risk.
• Kagoshima National College of Technology and/or the organizers shall not be held liable for the loss of and/or damage to the property of any of the delegates and/or their guests, during this symposium.
