The time allotted for a paper presentation is 20 minutes:
- 15 minutes for presentation;
- 5 minutes for discussion, i.e. answering questions posed by the attendees.
Please respect the 20-minute duration allotted to each paper.
Acceptable formats for presentations are MS PowerPoint 2003/2007.
For all presentations, a laptop computer (with MS Windows XP operating system (English version) and MS Office 2007 (English version)) and an LCD projector will be available in each symposium room.
A laser pointer will be prepared on the speaker desk.
Please bring your presentation on a memory stick/thumbdrive to upload on the laptop provided prior to your session.
In the file name, please include the presentation number and presenter's name.
Please visit the room at intermission and conduct PC operation in advance to ensure that your data work properly.
Please be seated at the "next speakers' seat" in the conference room at least 15 minutes before your presentation.
